Title Receptionist/Office Assistant

Description Operates the company telephone system to receive and relay incoming calls and to place and complete outgoing calls upon request. Acts as the company receptionist, greeting and directing visitors within the company’s facilities.
Some other duties for this position include:

Assures the proper functioning of telephone equipment.
Schedules meeting and enters appropriate information on computer terminal.
Checks company vehicles in and out.
Assist with entering survey information into the computer.

This is a part-time, temporary position.

1) High school education. Prefer at least 6 months of experience in a related field.

2) Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

3) Requires a professional appearance and pleasant disposition.

Other Equipment or other requirements:
Computer literate.
