||Food Production Support Coordinator
||Takes physical inventory of food and supplies. Places order by computer and telephone. Evaluates vendors and products. Negotiates for best balance of price, service and quality. Receives deliveries, stores food and supplies according to FIFO inventory
practices. Rotates stock accordingly and maintains the cleanliness of the storerooms. Assist the Operations Supervisor with selection, training and evaluating performance of food service personnel. Demonstrates knowledge of current events in field to educate
staff. Counsels employees and carries out commendation and corrective action as necessary. Enforces adherence to sanitation program. Able to plan personnel work schedule when needed to step into that role. Ensures adequate staffing to meet program needs for
the day. Assists the Operations Supervisor with the internal catering program. Scheduling events, contacting customers for menu development, ordering food and supplies and executing the event. Serve events as requested such as: Board Dinner, PR/Marketing Events
and Medical Staff functions.
