Job Description Summary

The PCAOB has a full-time, regular position for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator in the Office of Human Resources at its Washington, DC headquarters. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a dedicated team responsible for recruiting top talent for the PCAOB. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator leads all recruiting coordinator activities. In this key role, the incumbent provides administrative and general support to the Senior Manager, Strategic Recruitment and the Recruiting team. This individual interfaces with all levels of management, employees, candidates, and recruitment-related vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Interview scheduling, UltiPro data entry, initiation of background checks, preparation of offer letters, candidate tracking through recruiting cycle, approval and submission of invoices and purchase orders;
  • Prepares and sends weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruitment reports to PCAOB personnel and/or supervisor; ensures consistency with new hire data housed in headcount reports and workforce plan, and designs new tracking and/or reporting methods as needed;
  • Coordinates the review, approval, and posting of internal and external job postings; Edits and finalizes job postings; ensures accuracy and consistency in format, language, and message;
  • Purchases and tracks recruitment advertising, job board memberships, resume search licenses, etc.;
  • Supports the Employee Referral Program by maintaining employee referral database, determining referral bonus eligibility, and generating and submitting semi-monthly reports to human resource and payroll personnel; Monitors and evaluates current processes, policies, and procedures and recommends improvements as appropriate;
  • Prepares Recruiting Coordinator manuals and provides updates as required; Coordinates recruiting presence at recruiting conferences;
  • Maintains highest standards of confidentiality with respect to all documents and confidential information;
  • Serves as the back-up to the recruiting team members as needed; and Performs other duties and completes special projects as directed.

 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting or Operations preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Experience with UltiPro or comparable HRIS and ATS systems strongly preferred;
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and in teams, and follow-through on assigned tasks;
  • Detail-oriented as well as strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage frequently changing priorities, and;
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
