We are currently looking for an experienced Collision Service Advisor (CSA) for our San Antonio store.

The CSA communicates and consults directly with the customer to correctly diagnose and determine collision repair solutions.  Acts as a liaison between the customer and the insurance carriers to reach agreed price for services.  Provides a quality written repair estimate, proper parts identification, and labor and paint margins. In addition boost company sales revenue by recommending optional repair and Sterling branded services to all customers. 

Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years applicable experience, knowledgeable of estimating systems and methodology, and understanding of collision theory and repair procedures. Knowledgeable of retail process, possesses and demonstrates Salesmanship skills and behaviors.

Familiar with various types of vehicle construction and repair options, proven track record of excellent CSI. Knowledge of CCC Pathways or CCC One, and I-Car certification a plus. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and make independent decisions. Must have excellent telephone, oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Good organizational skills, time management skills and detailed oriented a plus. Autobody estimating licensing or certification a plus! Licensing and Certification required in New York and Pennsylvania. Valid Driver’s License Required.
