the facility to drive continuous improvements and minimize the costs of non-conformance. Plans, schedules, executes and communicates all items regarding quality issues, complaints, validations and other projects to the QA Manager and/or other interested parties.
Performs all duties associated with compliance-related items for ISO standards and cGMps. POSITION SUMMARY: The Innovation & Technology Program Management Office (PMO) Project Associate is responsible for compiling reporting status and critical risk, issues
to management and internal customers. Provides analysis for project plans and schedules to identify critical path(s), optimize plans, facilitate communication for the I&T PMO. This Associate will work directly with the I&T PMO management to facilitate reporting,
communication, and become an in-depth user of all I&T PMO tools (i.e. MS Project, MS Project Server/AIM, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI). PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Development and maintaining project schedules (e.g. Gantt charts) and identifying
project critical path(s), risks, issues, etc. • Manage projects as assigned by the I&T PMO • Maintain the project related data and documents within the West Project Management System • Documenting project meetings and following up on open action items. • Create/
maintain project dashboards to communicate status and progress. • Track project costs versus budgets and alert management of potential overruns • Initiate project change alerts in the case of delays, changes in scope, costs, or deliverables • Monitor resource
needs and issues, work closely with PMO and functional managers to develop action plans to ensure program commitments remain on track. • Drive transparency of project workloads, financial, commitments, and expectations. • Analyze, forecast, report the project
budget and work closely with finance for accruals and charges related to the projects • Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs • Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. •
Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Education or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's in Business or Engineering Preferred • Experience: 0-3 years of experience • First experience in business analysis or
project planning • Proficient verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated and dynamic individual who is willed to develop and maintain collaborative working relations across I&T and the other functions at West PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Proficient
in the Microsoft Office suite • 2 years of administrative support, customer service, or project analysis preferred • Experience with MS Project, MS Project Server and Power BI preferred
