JOB TITLE: Concierge | 1000 Speer by Windsor - Denver, CO

As a Windsor Concierge, you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you, it's not just a job, it's a career and you understand that for our residents it's not just an apartment, it's their home. You love interacting with all types of people have a passion for creating unique experiences.

Day to Day - the knitty, but not the gritty:

  1. Full-Time Concierge Position - Tuesday-Saturday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM, $17/hr
  2. Perform all Front Desk tasks.
  3. Respond to all incoming/outgoing telephone calls via switchboard.
  4. Perform guest room administration including registration, cashier, key check in/check out, and billing of outgoing calls.
  5. Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects.
  6. Provide general information to guests, commercial occupants, and vendors.
  7. Coordinate with doorman as directed by Property Manager.
  8. Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  9. Work weekends to be available when prospective residents are out looking for their new home. 2-3 weekends per month required.

Your Skills – show us what you got:

  1. Property management/hospitality experience is a plus.
  2. Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal.
  3. A customer-focused mentality.
  4. Hotel experience is particularly applicable.
  5. A polished, professional appearance.
  6. Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-pace leasing & sales office.
